a) Registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM); and b) Registered with Unit Pendaftraan Juruperunding Negeri Sarawak (UPKJ) (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical) c) A joint venture, consortium, or other unincorporated groups of Malaysian companies must collectively satisfy the requirements as specified in items (1) and (2) here above. d) Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering design, site supervision & architectural works. e) Attended the mandatory RFP briefing and site visit.
