1. The Company is registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) with an active operation status and has been in operation for at least five (5) years; 2. The Company must have experience in conducting at least one (1) survey and analysis on energy (electricity, gas, petroleum products, coal, or Renewable Energy) in Malaysia or other countries; and 3. The Company has a minimum paid-up capital of RM500,000.00.
