Authenticity: Contractor to provide letter of authenticity and authorisation from OEM Dong Fang Company Limited to ensure originality of material, no equivalent offer accepted. Failure to provide will result in disqualification.4. Factory Acceptance Test (FAT): Contractor to conduct FAT with at least 1 representative from MPG and 1 representative from ME.5. UPK REGISTERED TENDERERS: UPK Class B or Above, Head II Subhead 4b or 4d or 4e.
