Syarat Tender
1) A Company incorporated under the Laws of Malaysia with Sarawak Bumiputera status. 2) Registered with Unit Pendaftaran Kontraktor dan Juruperunding Sarawak (UPKJ) as Survey Consultant. 3) Alternatively, a Joint Venture (JV)/ Consortium with JV partner/ Consortium Company between a Malaysia Company with Sarawak Bumiputera status and other Company but the lead member must be the Sarawakian Bumiputera company. 4) The Company or the JV/ Consortium Company shall have a Licensed Land Surveyors in Sarawak registered with Land Surveyors Board Sarawak; with the majority of the shares are held by Sarawak Bumiputera business entity(ies) and majority of the Board of Directors are Sarawak Bumiputera. 5) Financial management for the companies shall be controlled by the Bumiputera. 6) Key positions and top management functions must show total domination by the members of the Bumiputera. 7) The Company or either one of the JV/Consortium members shall have a Licensed Land Surveyors in Sarawak accredited by Land Surveyors Board Sarawak. 8) Attended the Mandatory Tender Briefing, if applicable.
