Onboarding as a new TM Scrap Panel Dealer under the �Agreement for the Appointment of Panel for Sales of Scrap Items for TM Technology Services Sdn Bhd (�TM�) � Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak�
Syarat Tender
In order to become TM Scrap Panel , Scrap Dealer should fullfill the following onboarding criteria; 1) Company Registration Certificate issued by SSM or Local Authority. 2) Paid-up Capital of RM500,000 (Form 24). 3) Valid Second Hand Dealers Licenses issued by PDRM/Royal Malaysia Police to operate the scrap business (not applicable for Sabah). 4) Valid Second Hand Dealers Licenses issued by Local Authorities to operate the scrap business. 5) Valid Certificate of Exemption from PDRM/Royal Malaysia Police to trade metals (not applicable for Sabah). 6) Registered with Department of Environment under license code : i. SW110 (waste from electrical and electronic assemblies containing components e.g. copper, lead, nickel & silver); OR/AND ii. SW102 & SW103 (waste batteries). 7) Own at least one (1) scrap yard/store (lease basis/wholly owned). Location of the yard/store must be in the same district of license issued. 8) Comply with TM OSH Requirement. 9) Possess a valid National Institute of Occupational, Safety and Health (NIOSH) Certificate and/or NIOSH TM Passport (Only applicable for Supervisor). 10) Equipped with Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) e.g. Safety Equipment, signage or any other related equipment used for usage upon sales activity.
