Unit Pendaftaran Kontraktor (UPK) (Bumiputera) Electrical Works Class II or above, Head VIIB under the following subheads: - Subhead 4a (Switchgear & Substation No Limit) or - Subhead 4b (Switchgear & Substation up to 33kV) and CIDB Grade 4 or above Category ME, E04 (Low Voltage Installation) & E05 (High Voltage Installation) Tenderer(s) who are awarded for the first time with the on-going 33/11kV Substation Electrical Works under Bumiputera Development Program can only participate in the next tender upon complete of the first awarded 33/11kV Substation Electrical Works project. Civil and Building Works counterparts must be Sarawakian-based business entities with the following: (a) Unit Pendaftaran Kontraktor (UPK) (Bumiputera) registered under Works Class B or above under the following head and subheads: - Head 1, Subhead 1 (General Civil Engineering Works including Piling); and - Head II, Subhead 2a (Reinforced Concrete Framed Buildings) (b) CIDB Registered Contractor Grade 5 or above with the following category: - Category CE, C21 (General Civil Engineering Works); and - Category B, B04 (General Buildings and Maintenance)
