1. A Malaysian company registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and has an active operation status; 2. The Company has been in operation for a minimum of 10 years; 3. The Company must have a minimum paid-up capital of RM100,000.00; and 4. The company has a minimum of 10 years of experience in the publishing industry, including at least five (5) years of experience in publishing magazines or books related to the energy industry.
