Syarat Tender
1) Open Bid to Industrial Hygiene or Occupational Safety & Health Consultancy companies based in Bintulu, Sarawak. 2) The bidder must possess valid & approved competencies recognized by DOSH, including: a. Certified Noise Risk Assessor; and b. Mobile Booth Audiometric Testing Centre (with a list of trained audiometric technicians & an appointed Occupational Health Doctor (OHD) based in Bintulu).
