Syarat Tender
A company incorporated under the Laws of Malaysia; Proponent shall possess valid registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), a Professional Engineer with practicing certification, and possesses 15 years� experience in geotechnical design, or an Accredited Checker (AC-Geotechnical); Proponent shall have completed at least three (3) projects in geotechnical investigation or similar scope within the past ten (10) years, as well as capable of providing rectification proposals; Proponent was not involved in the original Bunut (500)/275/(132)/33kV Substation package; Proponent�s Company Director/Principal shall have attended the mandatory RFP briefing and site visit. Only Proponents who have attended the RFP briefing and site visit will be allowed to submit their proposals as attendance will be taken. Proponents who fail to attend the RFP briefing and site visit will be disqualified
