1. The Company is registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) with an active operation status; 2. The Company has a minimum paid-up capital of RM500,000.00; and 3. The Company shall attend the Energy Commission's tender briefing. 1. The conditions, instructions and further information on this invitation are explained in the Tender Document which can be purchased and distributed by the Procurement Unit via email from 8th September 2025 until 26th September 2025, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. 2. The purchase of the tender document is only permitted for companies that attend the tender briefing on 12th September 2025. 3. Companies interested in participating in this tender are required to submit, via email, a copy of the payment receipt and the company registration certificate (SSM) to the email address below. 4.
