Syarat Tender
Mandatory Requirement: Tenderers shall possess adequate financial capability and experience as follows: (a) A Company / Companies incorporated under the Laws of Malaysia. (b) The Company / Companies or in the case of a Joint Venture, Consortium or unincorporated grouping provided that the lead member shall submit the relevant qualification and experience of successfully supplying, designing, installing, testing, and commissioning of at least one (1) contract of a new or extension of a 275kV Air Insulated Switchgear (AIS) Substation, with minimum: (i) One (1) transformer feeder; and (ii) One (1) overhead line feeder within the past eight (8) years, as an Electrical Main Contractor. (c) The Company / Companies shall have executed an average project value of more than RM 20 million within the past eight (8) years [combination of project(s) executed by members of the Joint Venture, Consortium or unincorporated grouping forming the Company]. (d) Civil and Structure Works Joint Venture or Consortium member must be Sarawak-based business entities registered with the Unit Pendaftaran Kontraktor dan Juruperunding (UPKJ) as a Class A Works Contractor, Heads* I, II and III and Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) registration of G7 Contractor under Category CE and B, and must possess experience in completing at least one (1) earthwork project in the past eight (8) years. *Head I (Civil Engineering Works), Head II (Building Works) and Head III (Roadworks/Earthworks)
