SLOPE PROTECTION WORKS FOR 500KV BACKBONE TRANSMISSION LINE PROJECT (MAPAI - LACHAU) â PACKAGE 8
Syarat Tender
(a)The Company/ Companies must be a Sarawakian Company incorporated in Malaysia and registered with the Unit Pendaftaran Kontraktor dan Juruperunding (UPKJ) as a Class A Works Contractor, Head I, Sub-Head 1 and the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) as a G7 Contractor under Category CE. (b)The Company/ Companies must hold a valid UPKJ Bumiputera certificate. (c)The Company/ Companies or in the case of a Joint Venture, Consortium, or unincorporated grouping of Malaysian companies, the lead member must satisfy the requirements as specified in items (a) and (b) above. (d)The Company / Companies or in the case of a Joint Venture, Consortium, or unincorporated grouping of Malaysian companies, had successfully completed at least one project of similar magnitude and complexity in the last eight (8) years. (e)The Company / Companies shall have an average project value of more than RM10 million within the last eight (8) years [combination of project(s) executed by members of the Joint Venture, Consortium or unincorporated grouping forming the Company]. (f)All the company key personnel must be under the direct employment of the Company or the lead member if the Company is a joint venture, consortium, or other unincorporated group member. (g)To attend both mandatory tender briefing held on Tuesday, 13 August 2024 and site visit held on Friday, 16 August 2024. Attendance by key technical personnel from lead member assigned to this tender is mandatory. Only Tenderers who have attended both tender briefing and site visit will be allowed to submit their tender proposals as attendance will be taken. Tenderers who fail to attend both tender briefing and site visit will be disqualified.
