Eligibility The Tenderer must be: 1. Manufacturer/producer of the materials to be offered or; 2. Authorized Agent of the manufacturer/producer of the materials to be offered. Offered materials must meet Sarawak Energy�s Approved Product List (APL). Please refer to the link below for the APL in the Sarawak Energy Berhad website. https://www.sarawakenergy.com/assets/pdf/DAPL-20240306.pdf Note: Sarawak Energy Berhad is not liable for any cost incurred by the Tenderer in preparing the tenders. General Instructions 1. This tender exercise will be conducted on an online Ariba platform. The entire event will be managed by SEPRO (Sarawak Energy e-Procurement) Team.
