1. The vendor's company is registered with the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) and still valid. 2. The vendor's company shall be registered with the Ministry of Finance (MOF) under registration class 210101 or 210103 with valid certificate period. 3. The Vendor's company shall have a minimum paid-up Capital of RM50,000.00. 4. The vendor’s company must have completed at least two (2) relevant projects involving the supply of computers or other IT hardware.
