200201003726 (571389-H) TENDER NOTICE Companies that fulfill the following conditions are invited to participate in the following Tender exercise; (i) Malaysian Registered Company (Tenderer to submit Form 9, Companies Act 1965 or Application for Registration Form - Section 14 of Companies Act 2016 issued by SSM); (ii) Sendirian Berhad (Sdn Bhd) or Berhad company; (iii) Declaration as Principal / Authorization Letter from Principal(s) of all Items offered; (iv) Each Tenderer is allowed to submit one (1) Proposal only for this Tender exercise. (v) The Tenderers may offer items based on the following categories in their Proposal: • VG 32 Channels • VG 64 Channels • VG 32 Channels and VG 64 Channels. (vi) For Tenderers participating for category ‘VG 32 Channels and VG 64 Channels’, each type of item offered may be from similar Principal (Brand) or different Principal (Brand). (vii) A Principal (Brand) may submit one (1) Proposal and may authorize Distributors/Resellers to submit Proposals, offering their brand. A maximum of two (2) Proposals for each type of items (VG 32 Channels and VG 64 Channels) from same Principal (Brand) will be accepted for this Tender exercise.
