Only tenderers with valid license on scrap metal collection as specified in Second-Hand Dealers Act 1946 can participate in the tender sales. The following licenses shall be submitted together with the Form of Quotation:(a)Second-hand dealer license issued by Chief Police Officer / Commissioner of Police to deal in second-hand goods(b)Trade license dealing in hardware and scrap metal
