1. Current Registration: Must be registered with the DOE (Department of Environment), Malaysia, and possess all necessary permits and licenses for Scheduled Waste Management. 2. Future Compliance: Must be prepared to comply with the regulations and obtain necessary registrations, permits, and licenses from the Natural Resources and Environment Board (NREB) Sarawak, effective from 1st January 2025 when NREB takes over Scheduled Waste Management responsibilities.
