1. The vendor's company is registered with the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) and still valid. 2. The vendor's company shall be registered with the Ministry of Finance (MOF) under registration class 210107 (ICT security and firewall, encryption, PKI, anti-virus) with valid certificate period. 3. The Vendor's company shall have at least RM50,000.00 Paid-up Capital. 4. The vendor's company shall have at least two (2) related & completed projects experience in IT Security or Managed Security Services (MSS).
