1. The Company is registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and has an active operation status; 2. The Company is registered with the Ministry of Finance (MOF) under field code 210101, 210102, 210103, 210104, 210105, 210107, 210108 and 210109; 3. The Company shall have valid Network Facility Provider (NFP) and Network Services Provider (NSP) Individual License; 4. The Company shall have at least two (2) ongoing project or experience related to IPVPN service for the past one (1) year; and 5. The Company shall have at least RM10,000,000.00 paid up capital.
