1. UPKJ Works (Electrical), Class III or above, Head VIIA, Sub-head 1; AND 2. Relevant past experience in the delivery of similar types of service (service & maintenance of building electrical system) to government, semi-government, international organisations or local private companies, AND 3. Completed similar service with an accumulated contract vale of RM100,000.00 and above over the past (5) years, AND 4. Contractors originating/registered/based in Kuching Division shall have an added advantage.
