Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara (SPAN) Minimum Permit IPA Type C3 (Bekalan Air) AND 4. Air Selangor’s Registered Vendor (Refer to Note 2) For foreign company that intends to participate, the company may form the Joint Venture (JV).The Partner(s) must meet above No.1, No.2, No.3 and No.4 criteria.
