Tender Requirements
(1) Malaysian Company with (a) CIDB Grade 4 or above withCategory ME (E04 & E05); or (b) UPKJ Electrical Works Class II or above, Head VIIB under the following subheads: - · 4a (Switchgear & Substation No Limit) or · 4b (Switchgear & Substation up to 33kV); OR International Company may form a Joint Venture, Consortium, or other unincorporated grouping provided that the partner is a Malaysian Registered Company with either the above(1) (a) or(1) (b) qualifications. AND (2) All participants shall have the direct experience of successfully Supplying, Designing, Installing, Testing and Commissioning of at least one contract for a 11/33kV or higher Power/Generator Transformer.
