Licensei. In-House Technical Expertise: The Tenderer must have verifiable, competent and experienced personnel within the organization with specialized knowledge and skills in GE Frame 6 and Frame 9 gas turbines. These in-house experts should be capable of providing advanced technical support and advice on GE’s latest requirements for parts and services, ensuring the Tenderer's ability to meet technical standards internally. ii. Experience in Major Capital Parts: All major capital parts offered in the tender must be sourced from a factory with a minimum of 15 years of industry experience to ensure quality and reliability. iii. Proven Refurbishment Expertise: The Tenderer should demonstrate a track record of at least 15 years in the refurbishment of GE Frame 6 and Frame 9 components, with documentation of prior projects, including turbine rotors, to ensure proficiency and consistency in quality. Tenderer must demonstrate ability to replace the specific components of the rotors that is beyond repair with new corresponding components. iv. Experienced Technical Advisers: Technical Advisers assigned to this contract must possess at least 15 years of documented experience, including commissioning, installation, and oversight of major overhauls for GE Frame 6 and Frame 9 gas turbines. v. Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) Experience: The Tenderer must have comprehensive Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) experience that covers all three critical areas: the supply of parts, component repairs, and provision of technical advisors for GE Frame 6 and Frame 9 gas turbines, with a cumulative experience of at least 15 years in managing these integrated services
