Matang MJC 132kV Transmission Line Diversion Project
Tender Requirements
(a)A Company/ Companies incorporated under the Laws of Malaysia (b)The Company / Companies or in the case of a Joint Venture, Consortium, or unincorporated grouping provided that the Lead member shall submit the relevant qualification and experience of successfully supplying, designing, installing, testing and commissioning of at least one (1) contract of 132kV Transmission Line Project or of higher voltage, within the last eight (8) years. (c)The Company / Companies shall have an average project value of more than RM15 million within the past five (5) years [combination of project(s) executed by members of the Joint Venture or Consortium or unincorporated grouping forming the Company]. (d)The Company, or in the case of a Joint Venture or Consortium or unincorporated grouping, have experience and adequate administrative, technical and site staff to complete the project in accordance with the specification (particularly in stringing of conductor, optical fibre ground wire (OPGW), optical fibre underground cable (OFUC) and other necessary works to complete the Transmission Line Project. (e)The Company have attended the Mandatory Tender Briefing and site visit. Attendance by Key Personnel from lead member assigned to this tender is mandatory. Only Tenderers who have attended the Tender Briefing and Site Visit will be allowed to submit their tender proposals as attendance will be taken. Tenderers who fail to attend the Tender Briefing and Site Visit will be disqualified. (f)Tender Offer may be submitted by a Company / Companies which may form a Joint Venture, Consortium, or other unincorporated grouping provided that the Lead member of the said Joint Venture, Consortium or unincorporated grouping shall satisfy the Eligibility Requirements mentioned in accordance with item (a) to (e) herein, provided also that one (1) of the said Company is deemed a Sarawak based Company.
