Tender for Nyabau 33/11kV Substation, Bintulu Tenderer must be a registered Bumiputera Contractor with the following: -Unit Pendaftaran Kontraktor (UPK) (Bumiputera) Electrical Works Class II or above, head VIIB under the following subheads:- Subhead 4a (Switchgear & Substation No Limit) or- Subhead 4b (Switchgear & Substation up to 33kV)andCIDB Grade 4 or above Category ME, E04 (Low Voltage Installation) & E05 (High Voltage Installation)Tenderer(s) who are awarded for the first time with the on-going 33/11kV Substation Electrical Works under Bumiputera Development Program can only participate in the next tender upon the completion of the first awarded 33/11kV substation Electrical Works project.Civil and Building Works counterparts must be Sarawakian-based business entities
