Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara (SPAN) Minimum Permit IPA Jenis C1 (Bekalan Air) DAN 4. Berdaftar sebagai Vendor Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd DAN Additional Requirements (Mandatory): 1. Applicant company must be: a) A Malaysian reqistered sole company with at least 70% of equity owned by Malaysian citizen, or a company listed on Bursa Malaysia and controlled by Malaysian(s). OR b) For JV company, i. At least 51% of the equity is held by Malaysian firms. ii. The lead Partner and Partners must be a Malaysian registered company. iii. If JV is unincorporated, all partners undertake to incorporate the JV within 4 weeks upon the award. 2.
