Tender Requirements
i.The proponent must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning and consultancy services, specifically in the energy, infrastructure, or procurement sectors;ii.The proponent must have experience in developing at least two (2) projects of procurement strategies in the energy or equivalent sectors within the past 10 years; andiii.The Project Manager who will be directly involved in the project must attend the mandatory tender briefing. However, if the Project Manager is unable to attend, the Technical Lead or Subject Matter Expert (SME) may attend instead. This ensures that key personnel fully understand the project requirements and can address any questions. Proponents are required to demonstrate their compliance with the eligibility requirements of this tender by providing appropriate evidence.
