Tender Requirements
(a)The Company/ Companies must be a Sarawakian Company incorporated in Malaysia and registered with the Unit Pendaftaran Kontraktor dan Juruperunding (UPKJ) as a Class A Works Contractor, Head I, Sub-Head 1 and the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) as a G7 Contractor under Category CE.(b)The Company/ Companies must hold a valid UPKJ Bumiputera certificate. (c)The Company/ Companies or in the case of a Joint Venture, Consortium, or unincorporated grouping of Malaysian companies, the lead member must satisfy the requirements as specified in items (a) and (b) above.(d)The Company / Companies or in the case of a Joint Venture, Consortium, or unincorporated grouping of Malaysian companies, had successfully completed at least one project of similar magnitude and complexity in the last eight (8) years.(e)The Company / Companies shall have an average project value of more than RM10 million within the last eight (8) years [combination of project(s) executed by me
