1. The tenderer must be registered with UPK Class D or above – Head 1, Subhead 5(a)(b). 2. CIDB Grade 2 or above (CE21). 3. The tenderer must have EXPERIENCES and COMPLETED PAST SOIL INVESTIGATION PROJECT. Tenderer MUST provide the LIST AND EVIDENCE (Letter of Award) of past project for verification purpose. 4. The tenderer shall be a Malaysian-registered entity, in which case, for any consortium tenderer, all members of the consortium tenderer shall be a Malaysian-registered entity.
