1. The tenderer shall be a Malaysian-registered entity, in which case, for any consortium tenderer, all members of the consortium tenderer shall be Malaysian-registered entity. 2. The tenderer must be registered with Unit Pendaftaran Kontraktor (UPK) Class D OR above, under Head 1, Sub-Head 5(A). 3. The tenderer must be accredited under CIDB Grade G2 OR above, category CE12.4.The tenderer must have EXPERIENCES and have COMPLETED soil investigation works in the past. Tenderer MUST provide the LIST and EVIDENCE (Letter of Award) of past projects for verification purposes
