Tender Requirements
1. The Company/Contractor shall possess all necessary Scheduled Waste Management licenses issued by the Department of Environment (DOE) as per Environmental Quality (Scheduled Waste) Regulation 2005.2. The contractor must provide a copy of different types of licenses required to undertake the works from Collection, Transportation to Recovery or Treatment of Waste. The options of disposal route or method must be clearly defined by the contractor and communicated to Syarikat SESCO Berhad3. Tenderers must HAVE at least one (1) competent person under Certified Environmental Professional in Scheduled Waste Management (CePSWaM).4. Bid Bond need to be submitted before/on tender closing date. The deposit ten percent (10%) of the value of your quotation, shall be submitted with the Form of Quotation and shall be provided in the form of electronic payment, bank cheque or bank draft made payable to Syarikat SESCO Berhad.
