UPKJ Class A Works Tenders

UPKJ Class A is the highest works registration under Unit Pendaftaran Kontraktor dan Juruperunding (Kementerian Kerja Raya). Class A contractors are authorised to bid for government works contracts exceeding RM20 million — covering major highways, hospitals, dams, airports, and complex infrastructure. A valid UPKJ Class A works certificate is required.
